Commercial Property Construction
We undertake Commercial Development works for both private and public sector companies. Whether it is a building contract to a fully developed design or a full design and build package C R Reynolds will manage the project works to the highest Safety, Environment and Quality standards.
Our portfolio of completed works include Multi-Storey Car Parks, New Factory and Warehouse Buildings as well as Commercial Office Buildings. All of our works have been delivered on-time, within budget and to a standard that exceeded the Clients expectations.
Residential Property
In recent years we have diversified into small residential developments. Procuring developable land within existing residential areas, we have constructed small but discrete high quality homes all with developed associated highways and drainage infrastructure.
At present we are developing land in Hull to provide 15 quality homes set on a landscaped cul-de-sac in a recently gentrified part of the city.
We aim to achieve a more personal and family orientated feel, which provides for the current needs of the community while we construct it to a high standard for the generations of homeowners to come.
